Ministry Purpose & Goals
Provides input to keep our worship services timely while honoring the liturgical calendar of the Church.
Spirit of Grace has a mixed choir called the Joyful Spirit Singers. This group is open to anyone who would enjoy sharing their love of music and singing with the congregation.
Grace Hand Chimes The Grace chimes are made up of people with some musical talent and expertise who want another challenge. The ability to read music is recommended but not mandatory. All are welcome to give it a try.
Small singing groups, soloists, Sounds of Grace and Women of Grace also contribute to the music of the Church during the year.
Men’s Choir - the bass, baritone and tenor voices of the men of Spirit of Grace provide music at church services each spring. Practice generally begins in January and they perform at the last Sunday in March. Contact Ken Carnes with any questions or to join the experience.
WHEN WE MEET
The Joyful Spirit Singers rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings at 4:15 p.m. in the main sanctuary.
Chimes rehearsal is on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. in the main sanctuary.
Men’s Choir - meet every Tuesday at 3:00 - 4:00 pm January through March in the Fellowship hall.
The Choir typically sings three Sundays a month at the Sunday services.
Grand Chimes play the second Sunday of each month.
