Ted has been a resident of Arizona since 2008, when he and Donna, now married 45 years, moved here from New Jersey to begin their retirement adventure. Ted is a graduate of the Delaware Law School, and spent 18 years as a State Prosecutor in New Jersey, where he prosecuted a wide variety of cases, including those involving several Mafia families, various drug organizations, and the Ku Klux Klan. During the last seven years of his prosecutorial career he oversaw prosecution of all crimes involving New Jersey’s casinos. Since retiring from the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, for the last 13 years he has worked with a consultancy providing services and advice to various jurisdictions with casino gaming, including Singapore, Laos, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Ted also currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Sun City Grand Code of Conduct Committee, as well as on the City of Surprise Personnel Appeals Board. He enjoys playing softball, pickleball and water volleyball in Sun City Grand.
Ted and Donna have been attending Spirit of Grace for the last 5 years, becoming members in 2017. They were longtime members of the First Baptist Church in Woodstown, New Jersey, where Ted served on the Board of Trustees and the Board of Deacons. During their search for a church home here in Arizona, they had attended Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church in Sun City West, where Ted served on the Board of Trustees as well as the Staff-Parish Relations Committee.
