The audit committee has responsibility for overseeing financial reporting and related internal controls, risk, independent and internal auditors, and ethics and compliance.

Prepares the church budget and monitors financial results.

The Nominating Committee shall provide the Congregation Council with nominees for Congregation Council and other committee vacancies, as requested by Congregation Council.
